HCPC registered Physiotherapist and Orthotist with several years of experience within NHS and private clinics across the UK
John is an experienced physiotherapist with a broad and specialist background in musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation, and performance. Holding an MSc in Physiotherapy, a BSc (Hons) in Prosthetics and Orthotics, and a BSc in Psychological Studies, he combines clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of movement and wellbeing.
A Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and the Association of Foot and Ankle Physiotherapists and Allied Health Professionals (AFAP), John offers advanced care including injection therapy, medical acupuncture, sports massage and manual therapy, and 3D-printed orthotic solutions.
With further specialist training such as the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine and Injection Therapy, John has extensive experience managing complex musculoskeletal and sports injuries. He has also contributed to national education and professional development through previous roles as Chair of the National Education for Scotland P&O Group, BAPO Education Committee Member, and NES Allied Health Professions Advisory Committee Member.
Dedicated to evidence-based, patient-centred care, John aims to help every client reduce pain, restore movement, and return confidently to the activities they love.

Erin Keenan
Erin graduated with BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Erin also has a special interest in the rehabilitation of all sports injuries and loves to get people back to their sport pain free.
